About / the operating thesis
The systems we needed didn't exist. So we built them.
After two years of attribution that lied to us about our own paid programs, we wrote line one of ScaleTrack. Every product since started the same way: a tool we needed before it was a tool we sold.
We don't consult. We don't run agencies. We build software, run it ourselves, and open access.
01 / How the company runs
two engines · one loop
ENGINE 01 · THE OPERATION
E-commerce, EU + US
Seven years of running our own brands at 9-figure annual spend. Every gap the market's tools leave open, we hit first, on our own money.
ENGINE 02 · THE SOFTWARE
ScaleTrack + ScaleCRM, by subscription
The systems we built to close those gaps, sold monthly to operators like us. Our floor and our customers set the roadmap. The market moves, the systems follow.
One loop: the operation proves the software; the software compounds the operation.
02 / Operating principles
written like a README
- 01
Build the tool. Use it. Then open it.
Every product runs on our own operations before it ships to anyone else.
- 02
Run what you build.
The engineer who designs the system carries the pager.
- 03
Calm in writing. Direct in person.
We don't hide bad news; we don't dress up good news. Same bar applies to founders.
- 04
Evals over benchmarks.
We trust models that perform on our data, not demos on someone else's dataset.
- 05
Few partners. Real numbers.
A few partners a year, where we can move a number we both agree on.

Founded
Two founders, one shared spreadsheet. The first ScaleTrack was a Python script wired into Postgres.
First production deploy
ScaleTrack v1 runs against our own paid programs: first multi-channel reconciliation against the warehouse.
Identity graph
One graph unifies paid, organic, and direct. The event pipeline passes 1B events a month.
ScaleCall, alpha
AI call analysis ships against our own calls. Sub-second transcription, per-rep scorecards.
ScaleCall, public
scalecall.ai opens to external sales teams. The same models that score our reps now score theirs.
Platform unification
ScaleTrack and ScaleCall on one shared schema. SOC 2 Type II, multi-region runtime, public status page.
04 / In plain terms
what we are · what we're not
WE ARE
- A product company. We ship software and run it on our own volume, daily.
- Operator-led. The people who run our brands set the requirements.
- An engineering organization. Internal teams own the platform end to end.
- Selective. A few partners a year, never more.
WE'RE NOT
- An agency. We don't sell hours, retainers, or strategy decks.
- A consultancy. We don't advise on systems we wouldn't run ourselves.
- A reseller. Nothing here is white-labeled. Every platform was built in-house.
- For everyone. We say no by default.
05 / The platform, in production today
numbers, not logos
06 / The next 24 months
specific, not promotional
Every platform moves onto the shared identity schema, ISO 27001 lands by Q4 2026, and ScaleTrack and ScaleCRM keep opening to more operators. We're still our own biggest customer.
Obscale is the parent company of multiple operating brands across health and commerce. Those properties live on their own surfaces.
